By downloading, installing or using Streamly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Streamly is a media player application that allows users to connect to their own Xtream Codes or M3U media servers. Streamly acts solely as a neutral media player client and does not:

• Provide, host, store, or distribute any media content
• Control or moderate the content available on connected servers
• Endorse or verify any media server or its content
• Operate any media server infrastructure

3. User Responsibilities

By using Streamly, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the media server you connect to
• You will only connect to servers and access content you are legally authorised to access
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• You will not use Streamly for any unlawful purpose
• You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental consent

4. Subscription and Billing

Streamly offers a 30-day free trial followed by an annual subscription of $1.99/year.

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

5. DMCA Safe Harbour

Streamly respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). As a neutral media player, Streamly operates under DMCA safe harbour provisions.

If you believe that content accessible through a server connected to Streamly infringes your copyright, please contact the operator of that server directly. Streamly has no ability to remove content from third-party servers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Streamly is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or any content accessed through it.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Streamly operates.
